Staff is exceptional, breakfast savoury, location is quiet close to the center of the Colba and the waterfront and south Mumbai. Fairly clean and fancy hotel in South Mumbai district. It's non-smoking with exceptionally comfortable beds and splendid views.

Impressive accommodation, responsive staff, beautiful location close to historic landmarks. The bar area was exquisite, I enjoyed it. I was given cosy and neat room.
Even though the breakfast itself was sumptuous, it certainly should of been was n't included in the price.

It was superb time in Mumbai. Hotel was fairly clean and cosy, I enjoyed its cool rooms and location. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed;))
Everything was wonderful except the room that really could be cleaned.

It was an exceptional experience, very good value for money. We loved our twin/double room. Remarkable views and quiet garden. The hotel was immaculately clean and the pristine beach set near the property. Gorgeous area.
